Crotty delivered "six right hook punches" into Ms O'Brien's head. Ms O'Brien "screamed" at Crotty to "please stop" but he ignored the victim's pleas. Judge Tom O’Donnell wished Ms O’Brien well and asked her if she understood "the significance" . Wow.

This. first picture of me was taken Dec ‘21. I hadn’t slept in 3 weeks. It was a very dark time, and I have no shame in speaking about it. Is it really ok to not be ok? . Trauma recovery - day by day, rebuilding of trust in myself & others. The most important work I’ll ever do.

Slow & steady wins the race, the race I’m only having with myself. Goals set only for me, competing only against myself. That’s the way real things are achieved, things that stand up, that you can stand by, for years. Those achievements stay with you & you stay proud of them.
