When @fijnigeria visited Okugba Dam in July, the neglect was impossible to miss. It was overgrown with bush and appeared to be a regular casualty of vandalism. Successive Oyo State governments have failed to complete Okugba Dam since it was conceived 34 years ago, in 1991.👇🏾
