Padan Fain is defs one of the characters I wish the show had gone a little more true to book with. Scenes like this were cool as fuck and Fain is one of my fave fucked up bad guys coz he is straight evil and when he’s on the page I’m creeped the fuck out by him.
I LOVE that they included this scene from the books. While it has been pointed out to me that it no longer makes sense because Padan Fain is only just a Darkfriend, I DON’T CARE! Try not to think so hard, and just ENJOY IT!!! #SaveWOT #TheWheelOfTime

Let’s follow this through to a different media, what about books? If a book is published under a pseudonym is it less ‘real’ or worthy than ones under real names? Are stories only worth reading if it’s a series rather than a one off? What about comics which are a team effort.
OP actually brought up an interesting idea, about how they (as a group) won’t be able to tour or release more music. Which is interesting because does it mean there is less ‘realness’ when something is limited in its existing? Is there less value in music as an art when +.

Not dunking on OP, but this is what we mean by math/numeric literacy. Numeric literacy is being able to engage with worded math problems and understand what calculations are needing to be done.
Correct me if I am wrong because I am not as good with math as Trump or Hollyhand, but if a $20 item comes down by 500%, would that mean the pharmacist would pay me $80 to take a medicine?.

I think upset is maybe not the word, most people I see are disappointed when someone uses ChatGPT, disappointed that they clearly can’t be bothered to try themselves, that they don’t care enough to formulate their own response or rather let a bot take over then learn themself.
today i learned that there are actual people irl who get genuinely upset if they catch you using chatgpt. like they view it as a serious moral failing in certain circles.

my aunt went through some awful mental health crisis, even when she recovered she had serious speech issues and serious tremors. Then she was diagnosed with early Parkinson’s. Thankfully it was a misdiagnosis but not ONCE did her husband falter, and I’ll never settle for less.
More of a marriage one: If you’re not prepared for the possibility of your spouse getting sick or ending up disabled, don’t get married. The amount of people that leave or abuse their disabled significant others is atrocious.
