Saunf is great as a mouth freshener. Tulsi looks nice outside home and smells great too. Adhrak is good with chai. Ajwain is wonderful in Indian curries. They work as flavoring agents in the great Indian kitchen. It is childish to believe that these spices and herbs from the

@theliverdr I too was wondering the same? I was speaking to a hepatologist some time back, and she was telling about the case reports about Ashwagandha induced liver damage in adults. No studies in children, according to her. There is this brand Gritzo which had ashwagandha in its milk mix
