Bit annoyed at this @AVFCOfficial - there wasn’t notification when tickets went on sale (kept checking on ticket page, it used to appear there in advance e.g Munich and Celtic) and they sold out within seconds. Have 2 games in the bag by fluke, no way I’m getting a ticket 😢😢😢

Super summary. However one barrier that people seem to miss in elite sport is actually the role of team sponsors in all of this. Do they have a responsibility to promote athlete health and sport longevity? “Short term” saddle issues can cause career long problems.

**Ride The High Mountains**. We're keen for trained cyclists to get involved with a fun and exciting physiology research study here at @UBSportExR. Looking at performance at altitude and why certain riders thrive but others struggle. Details in link https://t.co/XaIWF1LYs0

3) The main job of physios in the hospital is to provide massages, for both patients and staff. No doubt your back will be hurting after a long day of carrying the ward on it, so at the end of the day ask your ward physio to give you a massage. It’s what they’re there for!

Would appreciate a few more responses. If you’ve had a knee replacement, please complete this questionnaire. Especially interested if you cycle or used cycling for rehab! @WeAreCyclingUK @cycling @WfACharity @kneereplacement @mykneeguide

High workout volumes cannot be performed regularly because strength recovery does not happen in time for the next workout.

And here lies the problem with soccer (football) injuries. Players flop, roll, and scream in pain for no reason, like the boy who cried Wolf, then when they are actually seriously injured, no one can tell the difference? 🤷🏼 Messi’s ankle looks injured.

Is it wise to perform aerobic and strengthening activities in the same session to get bigger and stronger? Yes, if you like it. No, if you prefer to keep them separate. #letthepersondecide

There are very clear findings out to five years from this study, even in the presence of degenerative spondylolisthesis. It is good to see level-one data in this area. #BJJ #Spine #Research #OrthoTwitter https://t.co/9xOFeeYJ4p
