And investigation why you are not responding to emails? I am left to do the running around finding emails as your systems are only capable of sending marketing emails that you fail to deliver.

I have this key error message on my Honda HRV, it is less than 4 years old and less than 40k miles, is it a problem with the start stop? I read it was a common fault with HRV, is it covered under warranty? Thanks

@thebreakfast Hi Geoff this is indeed a 3rd party phishing scam using a technique called SMS Spoofing to mimic our number so as to appear legitimate, our Cyber Security team are aware of this particular one and are on the case. - Mal
