Demo units are the most abused pieces of technology on the planet. While foldable screens *are* softer, I've found my foldable displays are holding up very well over time – because whenever I'm not using them, they're closed up inside the phone. cc

Fold 3 is another class of device entirely. I advocate for that, if you want maximum workspace. S22 Ultra has the better cameras though.

Google Voice helps a lot. Also so much is cloud-based right now, once you log in to everything you've basically got the phone set up again (apart from organizing home screens, etc).
