Releasing a book isn't an attempt to pivot from music; it's solidifying my foundation while also showing people more of my roots when it comes to my artistry. Both are endeavors I've always been passionate about & desired to accomplish. Music ended up being the first though..
On some Def Poetry Jam vibes 🙏🫡 last weekend got to be part of WGBH's program "Outspoken Saturdays" in Boston with Amanda Shea! Reading from my upcoming book amongst several other posts & a panel discussion prior. Special moment for sure! Expanding upon my craft more & more🤝

content is simply documenting what you're already doing. it doesn't have to be skits. it doesn't have to be forced dances if you're not into that. just take even a fraction of a second to document what you're already doing. i promise you can't lose.

Every 2-3 years you see people drop out suddenly... And most of the times, it was the ones with too big of an ego that aren't truly from the essence; just wanted to hop in the ring real quick then dip out after realizing that's not who they are. Seen it locally & online often..
I'm excited to see how many niggas quit rapping. Yalls heart was never in it. You can't quit from something you are. Only something you do. I am hip hop. I dont do hip hop.
