Medical training. Medical training includes learning how to assess and treat road traffic accident casualties. During this training, we use realistic make-up and actors to mentally challenge the Guardsmen.

Today 7 Company Coldstream Guards will mount Queen's Guard with musical assistance from the Band of the Irish Guards and the Band of the Welsh Guards Despite the fact that the ceremony begins at 1100, we recommend arriving early for the greatest viewing experience.

Try something new. During the Scots Guards' deployment to the Jungle, they were taught jungle survival skills, which included how to find, collect, and prepare food within the jungle environment.
