Track certainly didn’t hurt Pierce. Jumps can be good KPIs of early athleticism and explosiveness for 🏈. Just have to pay attention to those numbers and understand the sport context.
Watching Alec Pierce continue his great year with the Colts. @TrckFootball has found a high percentage of NFL wide receivers were good long jumpers and triple jumpers in HS. Pierce triple jumped 45’11.75” to place 8th in IHSA 2018 (same year Marcellus Moore set 100m record).
