I stand by the in person meeting or video call to present first round brand work. There’s a lot to be gained for designers guiding the conversation, explaining everything, and talking through feedback to move the process forward in your favor. Not sure how some designers only.

Rejection is a part of the design industry that every designer needs to get used to and live with. From concepts being rejected at first sight to not getting the project in the first place, it’s something designers have to deal with. It can be discouraging at first, but try not.
