I do hope a renewed Further Education campus is in the mix to train the workers to build and staff the hospital - stage by stage renewal could work
In Part 2 he told me about new plans to invest in big public projects like the new hospital and the refurbishment of Fort Regent. The plans called project breakwater are being led by the health minister.
