Congrats to my brother, taking EUs to a whole new level. EUS guided biopsy of the bladder muscle to dx muscle invading bladder cancers! We will need a much smaller scope to go to the bladder in humans!!!.

Happy to share this new TTS double balloon occluder created by Yen Chen and colleagues. Very intuitive to use with minimal addition to procedure time. Can be used with any lumen apposing stents. We used a HOT SPAXUS in this patient! . @yeni_mtl.
