how do you catalog your loose ideas and not lose them? eg brainstorming while on the go mine are spread across various long term and temporary apple notes, notion, etc.

The biggest mistake I made in my last startup was that i cared more about ideas than customers. I suspect this is the case for a large set of emerging AI companies.
