Can you review a hotel without staying there? I’ll try. We had a reservation for Holiday Inn & Suites I-44. Arrived just before midnight. Waited 50 minutes with my 3 kids before they canceled our reservation bc of tech issues. Manager “on duty” couldn’t be reached.
