Sharing my exp so others are informed: My genuine motor insurance claim was denied by ACKO by calling a factory-fitted rear bumper an “accessory.” Poor claim handling, contradictory guidance, zero accountability. Think twice before buying. #InsuranceExperience #ACKO @ACKOIndia

I regret choosing ACKO Insurance. A genuine rear bumper damage claim was rejected by wrongly classifying the bumper as an accessory. Poor claim support and lack of clarity. Sharing so others can make informed decisions. #MotorInsurance @ACKOIndia @ACKOSupport

Very disappointed from @HDFCERGOGIC. First time taking the claim and having this policy for more than 10yrs. Claim no RC-HS25-15320606. Rejected. Tweeting this from ICU. Do not go with hdfc ergo. Bad policy.
