The latest @OmarchyLinux update is phenomenal. From the clipboard history, to screenrecording with webcam overlay and smooth oob windows vm experience. People are saying "this was already possible in Linux for 10 years" - yes, but we did a bad job packaging these things.

That's the answer to folks asking "what's so good about omarchy, it's just an arch install script". Yes. Basically you are right - but that's all what was missing from a great Linux experience!!!

US culture war is a tax on humanity. Can we have tariffs or export embargos on it? It’s such a waste of time. A constant forced state of emergency to distract people from actual political action and the fact that they should have more than two polarized options to vote from.

This is how you greet newcomers to Linux! Not complaining that their handcrafted config "is ackchually not a distro". Or making them feel bad that you already knew how fast Linux was (but somehow you were to incompetent to tell it the world). Thanks Matt for your example
@dhh and everyone working on Omarchy continue to push the envelope. Brings a tear to my eye seeing so many people use Arch/Linux for the first time. This was IMO one of the biggest limitations of hyprland and Omarchy accessibility by extension, now solved with a TUI(!)

Added an omarchy menu entry for setting up a Windows VM inside @DHH omarchy with a single click of a button. Turning the table - having Windows inside Linux. I can't tell you how much I enjoy omarchy. I'm a Linux user for a long time but having this kind of utility is unreal.
