There are extreme highs and extreme lows, and but the goal is always to keep pushing and building something people want.
You don’t understand the founder journey by reading or talking about it. You understand it by living it through hard decisions, lonely nights, and the silence between outcomes. Like The Matrix - no one can explain what it is. You have to live it, to get it. @nivaraAI @teagarwal

We’re a happy user and the PostHog team has been great to work with. Congrats!
Hello everyone! We’ve got some exciting news to share. We raised a Series E – $75M at $1.4Bn, led by @peakxvpartners with significant participation from existing investors. We can now proudly upgrade our status from unicorn adjacent to unicorn. Most will talk about how they

Talent is a flywheel that takes time to build. Engineers learn by building great products and then go to other companies to build. 🔁 The capital growth is helping this flywheel turn faster. Overtime the market will take care of itself. It’s a great time to be an eng in India.
Too much capital being deployed & too little talent being cultivated in India - huge mismatch between demand & supply in Engineering & Design roles

China is currently vaccinating 20 million people every single day! That’s more vaccinations per day than the rest of world combined (16M) and 6x that of entire European Union (3M) The scale and velocity is just mind blowing.

Just landed in India after 2 years and the payments landscape has changed drastically. UPI, bar codes and Google Pay everywhere. It seems like India skipped a generation and went from cash to cardless. Exciting times!

I'm excited to be a part of this team that moved all Uber traffic to Edge Gateway over the last 18 months. Check out this blog to understand how we changed the wheels on a moving F1 car.
New on our blog today! Members of our engineering team talks about the making of Edge Gateway, the highly-available and scalable self-serve gateway to configure, manage, and monitor APIs of every business domain at Uber. #infrastructure #API read more: https://t.co/Ia6pCaGACc

Yes! Thanks to this ecosystem, an intern on our team was able to spin up a new service serving thousands of QPS within days. You can get engineering velocity at scale when you invest in infrastructure foundations.
Also the reason you’ll hear some people hold their heads in disbelief “OMG, thousands of microservices?” Sure. When it takes 5 minutes to deploy/decommission, you get distributed tracing, monitoring, alerting, canarying etc out of the box and it’s nearly impossible to mess up.

MSFT added $75B to their market cap today on TikTok news. That's $25B more that what they will reportedly pay to acquire TikTok. Does that mean they got paid $25B to acquire TikTok? 😆

The government in India just transferred $5bn to 200M people’s bank accounts overnight. The benefits of a tech enabled banking infrastructure are a game-changer in times like these.
