@TamKarim @SaysMiss I will put something together! The more that I look at it the more I see a few things missing which I hope to remedy. So many great edu books out recently.

@teachals I’m interested in how you implement or operationalise what your staff read?

@RobMarchetto It will be very much a 'sweet shop' approach at first as people explore what's on offer. I think we'll then look at using them alongside our broader people development offer to support professional development - perhaps even in some book clubs!

@teachals Interested to know what system you have in terms of borrowing and returning?

@andy_ayre This is all a bit new to us but: library will be stored in a central office, all books stamped, signing in/out sheet. No limits on borrowing times (beauty of multiple copies of things hopefully!) but also some encouragement for some prof. reading book clubs!
