Not everyday you see guys coming ready to 5:25 AM lifts knowing the Murph awaits. You know it’s a good sign when teachers around the school wonder what all that noise is…CHEERING ON EACH OTHER IS WHAT WE DO! Everyone does one more lap to finish with the last group. #CULTURE!!!

Dear young athletes- keep this photo saved to your phone and show the next person who says you have to focus on one sport in HS. The amount of kids I’ve heard say “I can’t risk getting hurt” or “my coach won’t let me” drives me crazy. You get one shot to be a HS athlete.
