Forced to be indoors today due to weather. So we took advantage and used 15 minutes for focus on mental performance. We have one more fall tournament and then we head into what we call separation season. Although indoors we push harder to separate ourselves from the pack!

What a ride with this group. Crossing over from baseball to work with Krash 18U this summer was a challenge I welcomed. Watched them grow into competitors, leaders, and teammates. Finished the season as champions, but the real win was how they handled adversity, built mental
What a year! My first year after completing @BrianCainPeak MPM Certification and having @CoachCutter5 as a mentor. A ton of growth that can be measured but it is the growth that you can’t use metrics to show that has blown me away the most! 6-0 in last tournament to end the year.
