I don't understand these mysterious Bank "charges". The bank says POS transactions carry a 3% charge. I was charged 14.5% for a $12 transaction. How? Why? My international cards have a 1% charge on POS transactions in Zimbabwe. So it's cheaper to... never mind.😫 #CantFixThis.
