Bittersweet. After ~12 years at Bloomberg and as a financial journalist, I’ve decided to try something new.

Thank you to Bloomberg and the wonderful, brilliant colleagues I’ve been fortunate to work alongside, especially those who showed such patience and kindness when I was just learning the ropes.

I’m putting away my press badge for now, but my next stop still very much entails writing. I couldn’t imagine a job that didn’t.

I’ve had a passion for storytelling since I was a very little girl — when I wrote this nine-page biography of my dog, Pebbles.👇🏼🥹 I even went to career day in 4th grade as a journalist (reporter’s notepad in back pocket). So while I’m excited for what’s next, leaving isn’t easy.

This has been just the best adventure, and I’m so grateful for your readership. I hope my columns were as useful to you as they were enjoyable for me to research and write for you.
