Hi @VeraWang, I’ve had a Vera Wang Love Knots flatware set since 2009. The knife handles have deteriorated badly while all other pieces look perfect. I’ve tried contacting Lenox but their emails bounce and their support portal doesn’t accept photos. Can someone help me?
