Today in the House, Members of Parliament unanimously condemned the antisemitism, Islamophobia, anti-Black racism, homophobia, and transphobia that we’ve seen on display in Ottawa over the past number of days. Together, let’s keep working to make Canada more inclusive.

It is with dismay that we learned about the events that happened at several memorials in Ottawa, last weekend, notably at the Canadian War Memorial, where the remains of an unidentified Canadian soldier who died at the Battle of Vimy Ridge in April 1917 lay. 1/3

Please don’t pee on the National War Memorial. Cpl Nathan Cirillo was killed here. The monument honours the often horrible death of mostly young Canadians.
