In scaled Agile systems, where dependencies and delays are the majority of feature delivery lead-time, you are better off estimating the wait time rather than feature size. The development time of small, medium or large are insignificant in these systems.

This is a textbook misleading chart. Truncated Y axis to enhance the visible increase (it's only a couple percent, margin of error or seasonality difference?) and (ironically) no X axis, suspiciously allowing for a cherry picked start date in 2023 but not the beginning of 2023.
