It is so good to be back! 💕 Gas law practice calculations are boring. Finding errors in worked solutions is way more interesting. Great thinking on a Monday morning!

I'm doing my stint as a cancer poster girl! Not all cancers get equal funding and attention. I'm 'lucky' to have been diagnosed with a more common type. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience with the school community!

Much to celebrate today! I finished my FIRST week back at work (mornings) and have my LAST immunotherapy infusion this afternoon. Thanks to everyone @MapleRidgeSCDSB for the warm welcome back. I have missed you! 💕

Loons are back! I saw more than 10 in the bay this morning. Looking after my kitchen cultures today. So many awesome microscopic friends. Lol.

Today is my 17th time in the chair. Just over a year since my first visit to the chemo suite. 6x chemo, 2x herceptin, 8x Kadcyla, 1x herceptin. Back on herceptin since my platelet levels keep diving and not recovering. Bodies are so weird!

Science Fair day is finally here! Registration and divisional judging is tonight. We can't wait to meet everyone and learn about your amazing STEM projects! Public viewing is tomorrow (April 1) from 9AM - NOON at Bear Creek SS in Barrie.
