Drug is efficacious against glioma stem cultures, DIPG 3D neurospheres, CRC organoids and doubles survival in brain tumour mice with no obvious toxicities so far. Drug has been benchmarked against all previous WNT inhibitors, PDGFR, and PI3K drugs. Works against many GOF mutants.
