I chose not to submit mine. The commission moved goalposts in some arbitrary admin in regards to a sublet, wasting my time. I’m too busy being an actual crofter to jump through unnecessary hoops.
On Barra today where 75 out of 400 crofters chose not to submit their statutory annual notice this year confirming they are living on and using their croft. Need to understand what lies behind this before we decide next steps.

Probably the final photo of my football ‘career’. Had to come off in the cup final with a torn calf. 2-2 at the time, ended 3-3 and we lost on penalties. Gutted for the boys and not the ideal way to end things.

Looking for suggestions for noise cancelling earbuds. I listen to podcasts while out working/on the quad and need something with excellent noise cancelling, that’ll also handle rain/mud/blood etc. Jabra Elite 7 have been great - but rubbish for phonecalls.

Tonight I played my first competitive 11.a side football in nearly 2 years. I’m going to be so stiff, the GK kit was like a sports bra and I was 25 years older than several players, but it was great to be back!.
