Physically and technically the world game has moved on! Not sure we have, so much work to be done to develop athletic players with agility, balance and coordination to move a ball under pressure. Focus on the fundamentals. Tactics only work if you can implement it technically!

Itโs a shame certain old school owners of famous menโs football clubs donโt see the commercial potential (and all the other benefits) of investing in, growing and promoting the womenโs team. Theyโre not a charity case, they can seriously enhance your business.

After 4.5 years, today marked my final day as a Saint after making the decision to move on. The last 4.5 years have brought with it some amazing memories. League titles, league cups and promotions.. but most of all I have loved being a part of the growth of the womens programme
