@the_whisper29 @prasannavishy This actually is the policy to get buses. Allocation isn't arbitrary, but depends on whether city has requested buses, whether readiness & capacity to run is there or not, etc. FYI, Surat has population of 85 lacs & it's city bus fleet is doing well.
