Hospitality businesses have been through hell but this is absolutely appalling. And no excuse for shocking customer service @CrazyBearGroup So sorry you have lost out of such a significant celebration. We certainly wonβt be booking a stay there in future. @VisitBucksUK
I will NEVER give a penny of my money to @CrazyBearGroup again. After TWO YEARS of trying to rebook our stay for my wifeβs 40th birthday, their constant not replying to requests to rebook until after the dates have passed. Theyβve now said Iβve missed the deadline for rebooking.

I keep looking at Australia. With its theatres opening to full capacity, with Harry Potter, Come From Away, Pippin and Hamilton open or soon to reopen. With people going about normal business and seeing friends. And I think. How utterly let down we have been.
