An amazing day yesterday volunteering again for @evestrust charity football match! @superjay83 and I are very proud of our boys, supporting the charity too having grown up with them. Over £100,000 raised yesterday for people in Doncaster with cancer. Incredible!#charityfamily💖💚

3rd: I started healthy eating and exercising and in total I have lost 10kg since starting (I can breath in my uniform again) all while in lockdown and with amazing support from @shireeRMN #fat2fit #lifegoals #careergoals
