Needs to be reconsidered. Not that it shouldn't be mixed use, but the proposed mix is wrong. There's been much talk about "meanwhile use" in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to experiment but won't really be possible with big brand retail or office leaseholds from the start.

Good to see. Berghain having their own label, just like Tresor or even Watergate, was very important to the club's identity. Is a real positive for the music considering how influential Ostgut was. On another note, can labels still be as culturally influential as they once were?.
