we need political will to change
Our world is becoming unhinged & we seem incapable of coming together to respond. But the @UN was created precisely for moments like this ā moments of maximum danger & minimum agreement. What we need is determination to heal divisions & forge peace.

As a leader on the Ontario Greenbelt for almost 20 years, I realize we didnāt make the Greenbelt Act strong enough. Itās not tool late to fight back.

I'm sorry doesn't cut it when you hand developers $8.28 billion and break your promise to the people who elected you. Put the land back. You can still fix this.
Ontario Premier Doug Ford says Housing Minister Steve Clark "will continue to be part of our team." The province's integrity commissioner has recommended ClarkĀ be reprimanded for his role in theĀ controversial Greenbelt land swap.

Some MPPs should be ashamed of themselves. You promised not to touch the Greenbelt and were trusted. For many rural communities who voted @OntarioPCParty they learned today what really happened. We don't think we have scraped the barrel to the bottom yet. #HandsOffTheGreenbelt

forest fires are raging, so AB decided to turn up the heat
Alberta has put a moratorium in wind and solar?! And will require mandatory end of lied bonds?!! Is this a joke? There 97,000 inactive oil wells not properly closed and 71,000 abandoned wells requiring clean-up. How about bonds for oil and gas?!!! #cdnpoli

Opposition to Hwy 413 is growing! Farmers are saying NO to the destruction of top-quality Canadian farmland, including Max Hansgen of @NFUOntario. Listen to why farmers are concerned about the threat of Hwy 413: https://t.co/ra9s0nJ36f

.@RougePark is the largest urban park in šØš¦. I share the concerns around what impacts development in former #Greenbelt lands could have. That is why the federal government is moving forward on a study looking at the potential effects of development projects adjacent to the Park.
