I have also cancelled another ticket on 20April. The refund of that also pending, but then it takes 10WD I understand. But I am worried since I used the same @Mastercard 😬😬😬😬 . I hope someone would help crack this.

The funny part is I used the same @Mastercard for the booking. So will someone @flyspicejet help solve this @Mastercard mystery 😂 and pls look into my refund.

There is no valid reason being given to the customer. Also to say I used @Mastercard so the delay is hilarious. I had return booked on 14Sept from Mum to Cok on @goairlinesindia which also I cancelled. @goairlinesindia said refund in 7days I received in 3days.

Called your CC today 23April to check, Exec says another 10/15days. Reason given was that I used a @Mastercard so takes time. After prodding and request to talk to senior all that the exec could keep saying was, priority basis will be done 5 days.
