of 2 x 60+ women travelling alone at night was the attitude of Wakefield Station staff waiting to lock up the station. My friend urgently needed the toilet as we got off the train. The team had already locked the station ones up before those of us getting off the delayed train

Just before Grantham we stopped abruptly because we’d hit something and got delayed. The driver told us what was happening, although his after event announcement was inaudible. Now our delay repay claim is invalid by 1 minute! But what was most unpleasant in the whole experience

.. there was no Coach E apparently because it was a different type of train! This is the type of info it would be useful to know in advance before walking the length of the platform for a non-existent seat reservation. Anyway, we settled in a pair of seats and set off.
