"Nobody is forcing them to sell".No but California/LA basically harass the owners so they give up and take what they can get from the city. Building and planning departments will slow roll any reconstruction efforts. There will be tons of paperwork that pretty much only an.

City council found a technicality in my original zoning application. At the Cc meeting they showed me a letter from their new attorney (he sent it out 24 hours ago and to my wrong email address) outlining that I didn’t have the proper verbiage on the letter from the land owner.
Despite the zoning board denial, I’m still going to city council for approval. In most places, the planning commission (zoning board) acts as a filter by “recommending” approvals or denials on land items in order to keep CC discussions focused on admin and operations. The CC does.

How do they know how many BUYERS are out there? All it takes is a modest drop in rates and the number of home buyers would increase substantially… so stats like this are kind of useless.
Redfin: U.S. housing market now 508,715 more home sellers than homebuyers. That’s the most home sellers have outmatched homebuyers in over a decade, according to Redfin

Wanna play like that? Ok let’s dig into the life choices and lifestyles of the person working 40 hours and supposedly can’t pay rent , and the billionaire. To be fair, let’s look at the life choices of the billionaires before they were billionaires and see how they lived when.
BILL BURR: “There’s nothing wrong with being a billionaire, but if someone’s working 40 hours/week and can’t make rent you’re not paying them enough… maybe you should just be worth $900 Million. How do you take an 8 figure bonus and none of your employees have dental insurance?”

How did PBS not make a fortune off these huge brand names? They should’ve been putting money BACK IN to the government.
Without PBS, we would never have known Big Bird, Elmo, or Mr. Rogers, Julia Child, Helen Mirren’s Jane Tennison, David Suchet’s Poirot, or the phenomenon of Downton Abby (an experience every woman I know shared with her Mom). No searing, transformative Ken Burns documentaries 1).

Ignore all the doomers and Trump haters. All we need is a moderate fed funds rate drop of 100-150bps and the economy take off like a rocket and no inflation risk. It’s that simple. We are the cleanest dirty shirt in the world.
The market is deeply red after revisions to nonfarm jobs, showing the largest drop since April 2020 in Covid.

This would reduce costs (or at least slow the cost increase) of virtually every aspect of life for.Americans no matter what tax bracket. Your HVAC repairman no longer has to spend thousands per year on DEF and other diesel regulated crap for his truck. Engines will last longer.
🚨In what would amount to one of the largest deregulatory actions in the history of the United States, the Trump EPA is proposing to rescind the 2009 Obama EPA Endangerment Finding which has been used to foolishly inflict over $1 TRILLION in economic pain on the American people.

Relatively few people even care at this point. Everyone knows Russiagate was a hoax. Obama will never go to jail nor will Hillary or the big names responsible for pulling the strings. Most people have accepted this. We need to just move forward and focus on fixing the future.
Exclusive: The former senior CIA officer who helped oversee the 2017 intelligence assessment on Russia’s interference in the 2016 election says DNI Tulsi Gabbard and the White House are “lying” when they claim that it was an attempt to sabotage President Trump.

This lady is mad. There’s plenty I don’t like about zoning regulations. However, I wonder how often she voted in local elections. I wonder if she looked at the zoning map before buying that land (which she probably got for cheap since it’s in a flood plain). I wonder if she would.
This woman OWNS 37 acres of land. The government STILL told her she can’t put a tiny home on it. “I said, I own the land. It's massive. What's the problem?”. Even when you own the land, the government still tries to tell you what you're allowed to do with it.
