I've noticed that when I try to force myself past resistance, it just digs in harder. It makes sense when you realize that resistance is trying to communicate something. Pushing it away just makes it shout louder. So today's experiment is about a shift: learning to listen to

These days I'm learning to hear the difference between my authentic no and my fearful no. "I don't want to do this" feels different than "I'm scared to do this." One feels clean, clear, like truth settling into place. The other feels sticky with old stories and borrowed beliefs.
