The refs in the NHL have no idea what a slash is anymore. You are allowed to use your stick to play defense on an opposing stick so long as you don’t wind up. Just because a stick breaks doesn’t mean it was a slash, the sticks today are like toothpicks. @nhl #NHLPlayoffs2024

Not surprised by WF and the hit on Flip. The media loves to play the Duke villain angle ALL the time. Flip can get punched in the throat at VT, hacked on a game winning FG at UVA, and then get run into on a court storm where the fans were on the court with time on the clock.
