“Libraries can be like seaside towns, people have fond memories of them, but it’s been an long time since they’ve been to one” Learning more about #LibraryOn and how user experience is helping them achieve their North Star goal of getting more digital and physical library visits.

There are many young people who love their libraries, some are missing ones they used to visit. There’s a chance for them to give their thoughts on the future of library services at one of three 45 min focus groups. -

All dogs who come to our office are now given the official job title of “director of entertainment”. Last week we averaged 6 dogs a day, and while they can’t answer the phones and do the accounts, they do add to our culture of fun and kindness.
