Superb news. Leader of the DUP, Gavin Robinson MP (@GRobinsonDUP), has agreed to support our cross-party letter opposing Digital ID. I urge all MPs to put aside political differences and come together in order to show a united opposition.

Why not just allow everybody to apply, whether white or black?
We're working with the 10,000 Black Interns Foundation, chambers and organisations, across England and Wales to provide 6 weeks of internship placements at the Bar for aspiring Black barristers. Find out about the programme and how to apply via our website ➡️

In some regards Scopes and Dover were polar opposites. In Scopes, the teaching of Darwinism was banned. In Dover, Darwinism was the favored child, and intelligent design was banned.

We should allow more bright young men and women to study medicine - current restrictions make no sense. If they're capable, determined and incredibly intelligent? We should let them pursue their career in medicine.

'We would never do anything that would harm patients.' Former WHO Cancer Chief Dr Karol Sikora says BMA strikes reflect a wider shift in society, warning the pay dispute is far from over.

Doctor strikes going ahead. A poor decision. I have never striked for a single minute in my fifty plus year career in medicine, and I never will.

I’ve been a doctor for over 50 years, and I am appalled by the strike. https://t.co/OgRxW1zTD6

At US National Proton Conference in Philadelphia - amazing enthusiasm for proton therapy. I seem to be the only person from the UK here!

Abolishing NHS England and returning power to local trusts is a very welcome move. Full credit to @wesstreeting. I am impressed!

@ProfKarolSikora It undermines those actually struggling with dementia. It’s a cruel illness, should not be used disingenuously to discredit.

I’ve known Rupert for ten years, working very closely with him. I have never seen any signs of any decline. To use dementia as a weapon is possibly the most disgraceful thing I’ve seen in politics. It really is nothing to smirk about. Despicable behaviour from Reform.
When asked if I have dementia, Tice says "I've no idea", "ask him". You're disgusting, @TiceRichard. I've known you for years. You know full well that I do NOT have dementia. It's a sickening rumour, weaponising a cruel condition to smear my name. You should be ashamed.
