Bad form @ParamountPlusUK forcing people to subscribe to the last 4 episodes of #PicardSeason3 when first 6 episodes were included in an @AmazonUK Prime video subscription. I waited until midnight to watch and had to pay extra for the privilege. And you don't include 5.1 sound.

I've watched #TheApprentice since Season 1. It was my favourite show. It started out educational / inspiring for entrepreneurs. It is now a farce. With poorly chosen candidates (wannabe reality stars) & tired format. Please @bbcapprentice @Lord_Sugar return it to its roots!.

After failing to delivery a TV on the 15th January @Argos_Online has failed to refund my money. With no clear explanation of when I will receive it. Just vague promises. Could someone please look into this.

@thetrainline I'm trying to get a refund because of @AvantiWestCoast. cancelling services. Followed all the instructions online and in the app. However the refund option is not available for our tickets. Despite receiving two emails telling us we are eligible. Help!!.

Just received an e-mail from @GOGcom announcing the release of several classic #StarTrek games from my youth (Elite Force 1 / 2, SFC 3 etc) to commemorate #StarTrekDay. Probably the best marketing e-mail I've ever received. Can't wait to relive them all.

Anyone else think it would be great if @Disney would produce a biopic of @TheRealStanLee's life story and the origin of @Marvel comics, perhaps for @disneyplus? Also behind the scenes docs showing what happens in the offices at the comics.

As the UK is slowly releasing restrictions we are debating whether to start reopening City Interaction Lab for external hire, with necessary precautions. Just wanted to explore demand before taking this further. Is there currently a demand for #UX lab hire in London? #UXResearch.

It's exciting to see an app I've designed appear in the media! Hopefully the public embrace it.
The iReportIt app we designed for @RavenScienceLtd was launched today and featured on the BBC website (amongst others). It allows members of the public to report online extremist material directly through their phones.
