At 5:15 am I met my buddies at the gym for leg day and moved over 53K lbs of weight. It was tough, grueling and near nauseating at timesโ€ฆbut Iโ€™m better for it. Strength training forces unique adaptations to the body that improves metabolic health as well as mindset. @strongapp

@nathanbaugh27 For me itโ€™s the @strongapp It drastically reduces the mental effort required for me to get myself to the gym. I input my workouts, go to gym, click start workout on Apple Watch then brain turn off and I can focus on my lifts (built in rest timers are great)
