I'm scared to post this and I've never seen anyone on Twitter do it. I wrote a short fiction story – it's a Greek re-telling called "Origins of Fire." Here it is: Prometheus snatched at the fire but Zeus held it aloft, toying with him. “Not so fast, cousin. You’ve always had

Books are incredible. You're reading ideas and stories that started as a small spark in some else's mind that they then spent thousands of hours translating to the written word, all for less than twenty bucks.

Why do we build such ugly stuff these days? Look around: buildings, benches, and doors increasingly feel rushed and disposable. Somewhere along the way, we traded beauty for efficiency and craft for convenience. And so, I've produced the film below. To make it, I’ve partnered

I’ve made a short film. Look at the things around you: doors, bins, staircases, furniture, railings, doorhandles, windows. Do you like how they look, or not? Modern design has become boring, but it doesn’t have to be this way. The word “beautiful” is overused. We don’t need

If you consider yourself "non-technical" I urge you to spend 30 minutes with Claude Code. Might change your life. Feels like magic. Coding with nothing more than the english language.

Hosting a story session on Plot & Character Construction in Aristotle's poetics with a former classics professor at Princeton at lunch, writing fiction this morning, client work and sending a few proposals this afternoon. Reading that sentence is wild, let's have a Friday.

Zach’s a beast and an all around great dude. I hate running but Aura’s the most fun I’ve had with an app in a long time. The care he put into it is obvious with every pixel.

When I do what I need to do I have unlimited energy. When I don’t I have no energy. I’m starting to think energy is simply keeping promises to yourself.

Print books are better simply because they take up space. Space on the counter, on the shelf, in your mind. Press a button and an ebook disappears forever.

My wife - girlfriend at the time - bought a bunch of LinkedIn stock 5 days before Microsoft acquired them. I told her it was a terrible investment bc LinkedIn is cringe. She made about 50% in a week and still makes fun of me.

Nothing about this is shocking. Many of us saw our parents get divorced and thought, "I don't want that. How do I avoid that?" Like everything else, the pendulum swings.
