Good morning, 0430 this morning, several dumpster fires along the 800/900 block of Payne Ave spread into two structures. All fires were quickly extinguished. Both structures were searched. Investigation to the cause is underway. No injuries were reported.

Fire on multiple floors in an abandoned and boarded up duplex at 0224 hours on the 500 block of Brunson Street. The fire was fought from the exterior. DSI has opened a case for demolition. 1 firefighter evaluated for a minor injury. Cause is under investigation.

Trooper 7 and Minnesota Air Rescue Team — made up of members of the @MnDPS_MSP and @StPaulFireDept — rescued a patient Aug. 11 from a remote campsite in Voyageurs National Park. The camper was flown to care in International Falls.

Crews are picking up after extinguishing a deck fire on the 600 block of Eustis St. the fire was contained to the exterior of the home, however, there is heat damage to the exterior of the detached garage.
