At this time 12 years ago today, this tornado (upper end EF-4) was moving through Tuscaloosa. Video from John Brown and the late Mike Wilhelm. Understand this was just one of 62 tornadoes in Alabama that day, responsible for 252 fatalities.

Seasoned heavily for 24hr with @MeatChurch #Holycow then smoked on Treager for 45 min @ 225 and then to a cast iron butter herb sear for a couple min per side! Hard to beat the poor man’s brisket when done right!
