About to hit the @camp_chef Woodwind Pro 36 after setting up with @MeatChurch Honey Hog dry rub. Then later will be slathered and glazed using a mix of @MeatMitch Naked WHOMP and a Jalapeno-Pineapple jelly with another dusting of Honey Hog.

If you were on the west side of Panama City Beach today, there’s a pretty good chance you smelled these bad boys cooking all day. Nothing better than smoking up some meat for family and friends, especially with that Gulf breeze rolling in. @MeatChurch

I smoked pork belly for the first time today. One had @MeatChurch’s Texas Sugar and the other had Deez Nuts pecan rub. The pecan rub ended up being my favorite.
