Booked a holiday to Dubrovnik last night. Then I got an email like “you didn’t confirm your flights so they’ve been cancelled” and I was like ughhh I didn’t know I had to do that I didn’t open the confirmation email. Opened my laptop this morning to see this on my screen 🥲

Thought a pub garden would be nice today. Assumed it would be busy coz it’s hot and sunny, but thought it would still be easy enough to get a table. But nope, I forgot what us brits are like when the sun is out!

Not to mention the pressure it puts on the NHS. London has a lot of large hospitals in relatively close proximity to each other. Birmingham has like one very large hospital, a women’s hospital, a children’s hospital, and then a few small ones in the burbs.

And after we’d gonna through all that and figured out the probable first day of my period, I was like “oh, actually, I track my period on an app so I coulda just looked at that 🥲” 😂 She was like “nvm it’s always good exercise our problem solving skills” 😂

Had my smear test today (yay me) and she asked when the first day of my last period was. And we went through this whole thing of me being like “okay can you see when I booked the appointment? Coz that was the last day of my period and it woulda started like 4 days before then…”
