Piotr was a fantastic mentor for me during my time at 9INE and did everything to make me feel welcome in a full polish-speaking squad (as a non-polish speaker).
If a move is on the cards then any team would be lucky to pick up Nawrot 🇵🇱

One thing I read again recently is the 3% rule.
“The difference between a ‘good team’ and a ‘terrible team’ is usually around 3%.”
If something isn’t working, don’t blow it out of proportion, don’t overcomplicate it. Make small, simple changes and keep the goal in sight.

2023 has been a wild year for me. I’ve gone from coaching a university team to becoming an analyst for some of the best teams in tier 2 and tier 1.5 CS.
Looking ahead, 2024 looks to be filled with exciting opportunities for me to grow professionally and personally.

I've been lucky enough to work with some of the best, most talented, most passionate coaches over the last year and a half.
Torbjørn has been a continuation of that, and in many ways he has been a step up.
I cannot recommend his approach and style enough.
Fell in love with Apeks in 2020. I was so happy when I joined them. Today I'm transferlisted as the club will rebuild their CS2 division.
Absolutely heartbroken. Will forever love the club and the people in it. Will try my best to make them proud as we complete the season. 💔♥️

Refrag bootcamp feels well put together and could be a very valuable resource for casual players looking to get involved with the competitive side of CS.
It needs a touch of polish on the utility section, and I would like a shortened version for 'brushing up', but otherwise good

I’m reading a really interesting book about the role of the membrane myelin in talent development and ‘prodigy hotspots’.
With new UK leagues, tournaments, orgs, LANs, and a general mindset for competition, I can see UKCS taking several huge leaps forward in the near future.
